Payment policy : As part of our booking policy, we kindly request that all tours be fully paid at the time of reservation to confirm your booking. This ensures we can provide you with the best possible experience and secure your spot on the tour.
Cancellation policy : If a tour is cancelled less than 15 days before the scheduled tour date, unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund. However, for cancellations made 16 days or more in advance, we are happy to provide a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.
